These were so good! They actually have cooked millet in the batter (not millet flour) so they have a very interesting texture which I liked a lot. There is also no white sugar in the batter, you use maple syrup instead (directly in the batter). This was an awesome wholegrain recipe.

YUM! I love millet, so I bet I'd love these. Do you have the recipie you could share by chance? I bet my boys would like it too. Oh, and your little video of Simon swimming inspired me to sign the boys up for classes!!!!
